Nefesh Mountain has been hailed as one of the formative boundary-pushing ensembles in roots music today. For over a decade, they’ve carved out a sound all their own; blurring the lines between Americana, bluegrass, psych-folk, Jazz, blues, and jam.
Nefesh Mountain has been featured on NPR, Billboard, Rolling Stone, American Songwriter, The Bluegrass Situation, No Depression, Bluegrass Unlimited, Bluegrass Today and more. They have recorded and shared the stage with Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Bryan Sutton, Stuart Duncan, Noam Pikelny (Punch Brothers), Mark Schatz (Bèla Fleck, Nickel Creek), Greg Liesz, Mike Gordon (Phish) and Tony Trischka among many others.

In 2021 they made their debut at The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN and in recent years have performed various Festivals, PACs, and countless venues including Mountain Stage, Merlefest, Wintergrass, Ossipee Valley, Kaw River Roots, Thomas Point Bluegrass and more. Through the years Nefesh Mountain has officially showcased and been a proud member of AmericanaFest, Folk Alliance, and the IBMA.

Led by husband-and-wife duo Doni Zasloff and Eric Lindberg, the band has performed on some of America's most celebrated stages, appeared at major roots music festivals, and shared its music with audiences in theaters, concert halls, and communities of all kinds.
Whether performing as an intimate Acoustic Duo, the Nefesh Mountain Bluegrass Unit, or the full six- or seven-piece Nefesh Mountain Band, their performances bring together extraordinary musicianship, heartfelt storytelling, and a spirit of joy, hope, and connection.
